我昨天讨教的问题“请教最让人不安的问题！”还没能解决，得到“kfc大叔”和“armymanuse”的指点

不胜感激。我安装了恢复数码相机相片的软件“zero assumption digital ....." , 我按前面两位前辈

的指点操作过但当我重新使用此软件时，把我看到的所有的网站的图片都恢复过来了，包含平常

的网站和同志网站，数码相片也能恢复。这个功能真是利弊共存，为了安全起见怎样才能阻止恢

复呢？非常感谢

解释这个问题要从硬盘的存储结构开始，windows采用的文件分区表的存储格式，也就是，所有文件都是通过一个索引一样的目录去查询的，在文件被删除的时候，操作系统仅仅是删除了这个索引，但是在硬盘上的文件是没有被删除的，只是计算机已经无法找到了，当下次计算机在存储文件的时候，索引表会被重新建立，原来那个文件的存储位置将重新被占用。
所以当你删除文件的时候，其实这个文件仍然是存储在硬盘上面的，只是无法在寻址了，恢复软件利用的也是这个原理，但是恢复软件无法做到人工智能识别那个文件是有意义的，那些是没有意义的，所以都一并处理恢复。
因此上回给你的回复是几乎是无法做到的，即使做到也很麻烦的。

也不是完全没有办法。
如果你有U盘的话，可以将临时文件的地址移动到 U盘目录，这样，上网时插上U盘，就不会在硬盘上流下痕迹了。不过麻烦罢了。
将临时文件夹的大小设成 1MB 也有一定的效果。

楼上的软件很好，值得使用可以，从描述上看通过gutmann是可以完全删除internet explorer缓存中的数据的。谢谢了

可以用金山毒霸2007的“金山反间谍”中的文件粉碎机功能，他也可以从根本上清除数据痕迹。
PS: RecoveryEasy may of assistance when you need to retrieve data from a disk partition (Volum as well) even if the partition has been FORMATTED.
