因为机房主干路由器故障造成访问困难，机房正在解决中

+ ~3 I, D. x) @9 Z8 ^) X4 gFirst of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.
4 o5 Z& t; q# j: N8 i; wRegarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.
9 w7 I1 Z& R9 a+ yWe had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.
