9 w* u, w2 \2 I5 wFirst of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.+ `/ C5 t- Z- _4 g& T l, R0 V
Regarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.
